How do I return an order?
To return your order, simply click the above “Return an Order” link and follow the prompts. If you require an exchange, please also include when filling out your return reason the item and size you wish to exchange to.
Once complete, this will then provide you with a unique RMA code and inform you how and where to deliver your goods for exchange or refund.
Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If your product is faulty, please contact our customer care team immediately at [email protected] with images of the fault and we will send you a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
As our Returns Hub is based in the USA, you must state that it is a “Return of Merchandise”, or you will be liable for all associated import duties and taxes. You will be liable to pay all shipping costs for returning the goods back to us.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or be exchanged. Any items purchased from a bundle cannot be returned for a refund, but they can be exchanged for a different size if needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are not available on any final sale or bundle items.
If you are approved, then your refund for the cost of your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days of return received confirmation, and you have checked your bank account, then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank to ask if there are any pending transactions.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on all items as we understand sometimes the commodity doesn’t always fit. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher or lower value, you will need to be charged/credited accordingly.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of return shipping will be refunded back to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
